"Handles better, but still a little rough"
It definitely turns sharper than before, like you notice it quickly. But on bumps it still feels kind of harsh, maybe a little too stiff or something. So yeah, better overall, just not totally perfect.

"I was expecting the return and warranty..."
I was expecting the return and warranty stuff to be a headache, but that’s on me for assuming. The return went smoothly, and they got back to me quick enough with the warranty help. They answered my questions without making it a whole hassle and got everything sorted out. I’d buy from them again

"Ride’s a little rougher than I expected"
The coilovers showed up quickly, so no complaints there. Once I got them on, though, the ride comfort was just okay. They feel fine on smooth roads, but on rough streets they’re definitely stiff and kind of annoying after a while. What bugs me more is how these policies always seem to have little loopholes where technically everything is “within spec,” even if the actual experience isn’t that great. Not terrible, just not as comfortable as I was hoping.

"Beat-up box and way too many reminders"
My order showed up in a box that looked like it had been through a lot. The corners were crushed, the tape was barely hanging on, and the parts were just rattling around inside with hardly any padding. For the price, I really expected better packaging. On top of that, the reminders to leave a review were aggressive, which made the whole experience more annoying

"Support got me unstuck"
I had a fitment question and felt kind of trapped because I didn’t want to order the wrong setup and deal with returns. Tech support got back to me quick and didn’t talk over my head. They helped me figure out what would actually work, which was a big relief. Happy with the whole thing

"Shipping took longer than expected"
I was really looking forward to getting my order, but the shipping took much longer than they originally said it would. I understand delays can happen, but waiting around without it arriving on time was frustrating. By the time it finally showed up, I was more disappointed than excited.

"Pretty solid coilovers so far"
Pulled these out of the box and right away they looked solid. The welds were clean, everything felt—anyway, they definitely didn’t look cheap. I’ve only had them on for a few weeks, but the ride is firm without being rough or annoying. For the price, I’m happy with the quality so far.

"I ordered a set for my car..."
I ordered a set for my car, but what showed up didn’t even match what I needed. I went back and double-checked my order, and I definitely ordered the right thing. Frustrating, and it felt like a total "waste of time".

"Great value right from the start"
My first impression was that the price was better than most of the other shops I looked at, and that pretty much held up after buying. It’s nothing overly fancy, but for my setup, it felt like money well spent. Good value overall

"Fitment wasn’t what it said"
I ordered these coilovers because the listing said they’d fit my car, but once I got into the install, they didn’t really line up right without doing some extra work. I had to reach out to support and send over pictures, and that whole back-and-forth took a few days. The parts themselves seem fine, but the fitment info on the site could definitely be more accurate. Frustrating when you set aside a weekend to get it done and it turns into a whole hassle.
